Luiza Perez Braga (they/she) is a stage manager born, raised, and based in New York City. They graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a BA in Theatre Arts with a Design and Technology concentration, focusing in Stage Management & Carpentry, and a minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.

They are passionate about stage management as both a craft and a form of service. Luiza prides herself on their ability to balance creativity, organization, empathy, precision, professionalism, and fun! Orchestrating the exchange of information and creativity, while cultivating community and joy is at the heart of Luiza’s stage management style and is a reminder of why they do what they do.

Outside of the theater, Luiza loves to cook, read, play board games, and hang out with their two cats!
